本研究欲開發發展新型的急救產品概念的設計架構,因此應用現有的設計創新方法‐設計結構矩陣(Design Structure Matrix,簡稱DSM)分析“簡化急救處理流程”的可能性,DSM一般常用於改善組織內部的資訊分享或工作流程,目的在減少不必要的重複作業並提升工作效率,如果將DSM中的項目由工作流程變更為急救步驟的話,就可以由矩陣得知每個急救步驟間的資訊傳遞,由這些資訊傳遞進而發展為新型急救產品概念,這些新型急救產品概念將間接改善急救處理流程,如果本研究可以為傷患與醫療人員爭取分秒的時間,傷患可以因此減少痛苦,而急救人員也可以搶救更多的生命,最後發展出的設計概念與架構也可提供未來設計師欲開發新型急救產品概念時的一個方法與方向。
This research will develop the design structure and guideline of generating ideas of new first aid products. A design method for innovation‐ Design Structure Matrix (DSM) will be applied to analyze the possibility of “simplifying the procedure of first aid”. DSM is usually applied to improve the efficiency of information‐sharing or task procedure within an organization. Its purpose is to reduce unnecessary iteration in order to accelerating the performance. If the task procedure filled out in a DSM is replaced by the steps of the procedure of first aid, then we can know the information-transmitting between first aid steps. It can be develop into the new types of first aid products, which can improve the procedure of first aid. If the achievement of this research will help to make more seconds for the wounded and first‐aid personnel, the wounded will be suffered less from pain while first‐aid personnel will be able to save more lives. The design structure which is developed at the last of this research can provide designers who want to design new types of first aid products in the future an example and clear direction.
