現今的社會形態,隨著消費意識的高漲,顧客的聲音也逐漸強烈。所謂品質的追求,除了工程技術上的完善,相對更重視顧客效用的增加與擴大。產品的造形是與使用者產生互動的第一因素,其對於使用者所產生的認知與觀感皆有直接的影響,也是企業要達成產品差異化所能採用的方式之一,因此產品的造形對於使用者的認知、購買意願與企業的競爭力,有實質上的關係。
品質機能展開法是一種能夠將顧客需求融入設計過程的設計方法,且能夠針對重點項目集中資源加以開發,進而達到節省成本的目的。本研究站在設計者的角度,以形隨機能的精神,使用品質機能展開法來融合客戶需求,接著將使用者所提及的功能、造形語彙以電腦輔助設計轉換為3D模型,並以模糊綜合評判法則就操作、舒適、美觀、實用四個項目來評估產品整體的提升程度,縮小設計者與使用者認知的差異,以求成功的產品創新來達到增加企業競爭力之成果。
本研究之結果提供了一種新的產品設計模式。運用品質機能展開法之品質屋矩陣比對關係,將問卷調查結果所求得的顧客造形需求項目之間的關係作一清晰的連結與比對,讓設計者能夠利用品質機能總表之矩陣清楚了解設計之規範與方向,並預先發現設計之矛盾處,避免後續修改所需增加之成本、時間;之後再以模糊綜合評判法則將經由品質機能總表結果所設計出之實驗樣本加以驗證。本研究即以此方式提供一種產品設計的模式,以求取最貼近顧客需求之產品設計,達到上述之增加企業之競爭力。
This study combines Quality Function Deployment and Fuzzy Logic for the design of product styling innovation.Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a king of design method which can lead the voice of customers (VoC) into design process and focus the key point to concentrates limited resource for product design. This study starts with the view of designers and the spirit of form follow function to use QFD in product styling design. To collect the voice of customers and engineering characteristics with survey at first, and uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to calculate the weight of the voice of customers, after coordinating the information of the result of survey, it starts to buit the House of Quality(HoQ) for an expirement of product styling innovation design with 3D model. After the expirement, this study adopts Fuzzy Logic to test and verify the result of product styling innovation design in 4 way, operation、comfort、beauty and practicability with the other competitors to edvidence the success of this study.
