本研究運用雙向影響的工作與家庭衝突去檢視人格特質、工作環境、家庭及工作狀態對工作與家庭衝突的影響,此外並研究雙向影響的工作與家庭衝突對離職意圖的影響。以問卷調查,針對台灣地區六間民營保險公司且至少擁有一位小孩為18歲以下的女性保險業務員發放。有效問卷為185份,結果顯示勤勉審慎性以及穩定性對工作與家庭衝突有負向相關;家事活動之家務整理、工作僵固性以及工作負荷量對工作與家庭衝突有正相關;雙向的工作與家庭衝突對離職意圖有正向相關。
This study used bidirectional interrole conflict investigates the relationship of bidirectional interrole conflict with personality traits, status of family and work, work environment, and further the relationships between bidirectional interrole conflict and turnover intentions. A total of 185 valid responses were received from 6 private insurance companies, and furthermore all of the respondents are female Insurance salesman who has more than one child was 18 years old in Taiwan. The results showed that conscientiousness and extraversion are negatively related to work and family conflict, family activities of the housekeeping, work rigidity and workload are positively related to work and family conflict. Additionally, bidirectional interrole conflict is positively related to turnover intention. Summary, discussion with relevant literature and conclusions, research limitation and future suggestions were provided at the end of the study.
