此文是以微射出模組的控制為研究,以伺服馬達帶動滾珠螺桿機構進行精密計量及快速射出。研究內容分為微射出模組的組成,微射出模組的數學建模,控制律的設計及實驗。
在微射出模組的組成方面介紹此模組的架構、運作方式和相關軟硬體。由運作方式建構此模組的數學模型,並以系統鑑別技術得出系統參數,根據此系統性質設計系統的控制律,以達到高射速精密充填的目的。
This research focuses on the control of the hot runner type micro-injection molding module. A servo motor is used to drive a ball-screw mechanism to make a precise metering and high speed injection. This research started with the conceptual design then built the control mathematic model, the control design and experiments.
The work principle to build the system model, and to find the system parameters was formed the identification technique. The design of the control law for module was based on the system characteristic formed by the system identification technique. Finally, a controller thus designed was used to achieve the objective of precise metering and high speed injection. The results has shown that the control design was a success. The precision of metering and injection quantity of the micro-injection molding module be well achieved.
