在全球疫情爆發過後,企業面臨著日益嚴峻的挑戰,特別是在人力資源和數位化工具需求方面。疫情對全球經濟和工作模式產生了深遠影響,許多企業不得不迅速調整運營模式,轉向遠程工作和數位化解決方案,從而增加了對數位化工具和解決方案的需求。然而,這種轉變也給企業帶來了人力資源的緊張和程式人員招聘的困難,這對企業的運營和發展造成了嚴重影響。
本研究選擇了創新擴散理論和科技接受模型等理論框架,結合無程式代碼或低程式代碼平台相關文獻,以深入探討企業導入此類平台的關鍵因素。為了全面理解這些因素,本研究採用了專家問卷調查和AHP(層次分析法)流程來進行研究。通過對專家意見的系統性分析和整理,本研究試圖確定企業導入無程式代碼或低程式代碼平台的最重要關鍵因素。
研究結果顯示,企業導入此類平台的主要關注點包括問題解決與支援、節省人力成效和簡易使用介面等方面。企業期望這些平台的導入不僅可以減輕人力短缺和程式人員招聘的壓力,還可以節省開發成本,提高工作效率。此外,本研究也對未來的研究提出了一些建議,以進一步探討不同產業和專業領域對於無程式代碼或低程式代碼平台的需求和影響,以提高研究的廣泛效度和實用性。
Following the global outbreak of the pandemic, businesses are facing increasingly severe challenges, particularly in terms of human resources and the demand for digital tools. The pandemic has had far-reaching effects on the global economy and work patterns, forcing many enterprises to swiftly adjust their operational modes and turn to remote work and digital solutions, thereby increasing the demand for digital tools and solutions. However, this transition has also brought about tensions in human resources and difficulties in recruiting programmers, severely impacting the operation and development of enterprises.
This study adopts theoretical frameworks such as Innovation Diffusion Theory and the Technology Acceptance Model, combined with relevant literature on no-code or low-code platforms, to delve into the key factors involved in the adoption of such platforms by enterprises. To comprehensively understand these factors, the study employs expert questionnaire surveys and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. Through systematic analysis and synthesis of expert opinions, the study aims to identify the most critical factors in the adoption of no-code or low-code platforms by enterprises.
The results indicate that the primary focus of enterprises in adopting such platforms includes problem-solving and support, manpower-saving effectiveness, and user-friendly interfaces. Enterprises anticipate that the adoption of these platforms will not only alleviate the pressure of manpower shortage and programmer recruitment but also save development costs and enhance work efficiency. Furthermore, the study offers recommendations for future research to further explore the demand for and impact of no-code or low-code platforms across different industries and professional fields, aiming to enhance the broad validity and practicality of the research.
