  • 現今的台灣社會隱含許多問題,其中特別有一個問題是值得我們去深思,即為人口老化的問題,近年來台灣已經明顯的邁向人口老化的趨勢。為了輔助眾多高齡者更能夠自主、更方便的打理日常生活,許多高齡商品開始大量的流入市場以因應廣大的需求,其中又以醫療輔具和生活輔具兩者較為被依賴,在發展高齡輔具成為勢在必行的趨勢。本文以日常生活中最為常見的帶輪式助行器為探討題材。
    在面對高齡化社會的來臨,老人照護的問題也伴隨著產生,因應長期照護的需求,外籍看護在台人數逐年提升。在使用高齡輔具的族群,除了本國高齡者外,對於語言以及文字都不甚相通的外籍看護在協助高齡者使用高齡輔具時也常會出現使用和操作上錯誤的認知。
    本研究訂定一套完整的設計流程,首先問卷調查與受測者實際操作,紀錄操作助行器時的問題點,蒐集Affordance「操作可見性」之相關文獻透過多變量分析以彙整其特質為基礎定義出設計框架。將原助行器繪製成3D模型,運用詮釋結構模式(ISM)拆解成零組件並計算出最佳化模組,再以該模組為基底搭配「操作可見性」設計框架改良助行器設計。透過型態圖表法發展多樣化的造型設計,其後運用層級程序分析法(AHP)進行改良後助行器產品評價,並選定最佳的設計構想進行1:1實際打樣,為證明本研究所提方法之可用性,將改良前之助行器與經本系統所產生之改良後產品進行比較,以驗證經本系統的有效性。最終建立一組可跨國界,無需語言與文字的幫助,透過外型型態便可輕易操作的高齡助行器產品。

    For the past few years, aging of population is an obvious trend in Taiwan. In order to help the elderly take care of their life autonomously, many elder aids come into the market to feed the growing demands. There are two aids that are especially important to be dependent on. One is medical aid. The other one is living aids. The development of elder aids becomes a necessary trend. The purpose of this study focuses on the subject of elder aids which have been used frequently.
    To fix the requirement of Long-Term Care, the population of foreign nursing workers who live in Taiwan is still growing in these years. The group who uses elder aids not only contains elderly, but also foreign nursing workers. Foreign nursing workers who help the elderly use elder aids usually have lots of problem because of lacking the knowledge of Taiwanese language and Chinese characters.
    The purpose of this study sets a complete design process. First of all, we collect related documents of affordance to organize the characteristics and delimit the design specification of affordance. Then, we draw the 3D model of original elder aid. Every part of 3D model has one number. We put these parts into ISM coding and calculate the best modular. We redesign the elder aid with the design specification of affordance and the best modular. We use AHP to evaluate which is the best concept in the end. At last, we make 1:1 model of the best concept and let elderly and foreign nursing workers try if the final model better than original aid. We hope we can make a no language and character elder aid which can be used easily by appearance.
