巴布羅‧畢卡索(Pablo Picasso,1881-1973)為20世紀具有影響力的藝術家之一，畢卡索的創作包含了版畫、油畫、素描以及雕刻作品，種類相當多元，作品反映出豐富的個人經歷及自身情感。收藏於台灣奇美文化基金會的〈梳妝中的母親〉為藝術家1905年的版畫作品，以往對畢卡索粉紅色時期的研究多是概略性論述，鮮少討論〈梳妝中的母親〉。因此，本論文著眼在畢卡索粉紅色時期圖像以及相關文獻，藉由現存資料了解藝術家在巴黎受到的文化陶冶，以及朋友、情人對他的影響，並探究其創作背後的成因，再針對畫作本身梳理〈梳妝中的母親〉與其他作品的關聯性。並分析藝術家創作的背後成因與手法，進而梳理他生涯中繪畫風格的轉變。

Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) is an influential artist in 20 century. Picasso's creative works contain the oil paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramics and print works, and there are many different positions. His paintings show a wealth of the personal experiences and their feelings. A Mother Getting Freshened-up collected of Taiwan Chi-Mei Culture Foundation is artist’s copper plate work in 1905. In the past, the researches of Picasso in rose period are roughly and rarely discussed. Therefore, the research believes this is worth the field of study.

The research focus on Picasso’s images and relevant documentation in rose period, and through existing information in Paris artists of the cultural cultivation and friends, lover of his influence, and investigate their creative underlying reasons for that painting for A Mother Getting Freshened-up and other works of the relevance.
