Introduction: The Activity Card Sort (ACS) is one of assessment tools that can be used to assess changes and retention in activity participation in older adults. This study aimed to make the Taiwan version of Activity Card Sort (ACS-TW) and pilot test older adults.
Methods: The study included three stages: 1. 86 photos and activity cards production. 2. Two expert consultations to revise the photos. 3. Comprehension survey of the Taiwan version of Activity Card Sort (ACS-TW) and pilot testing.
Results: The results of this study showed that Taiwanese elders have a good understanding of the ACS-TW; gender and age may affect activity participation.
    Discussion and conclusion:
Based on the results, the Taiwan version of Activity Card Sort (ACS-TW) can be finalized and further examined its psychometrics.
