航機修護為確保飛航安全的一個重要環節,除了人為疏失的預防外;修護工作執行的效率是業者關注的另一重點。兩者相互配合下,才能使修護工作在高效率與高修護品質的情形下完成。航機高階修護(Heavy Maintenance)通常包含各個系統的細部檢修工作,因此在航機進廠執行高階修護工作前,維修廠會依據此蒐集相關修護資源制定工作執行計畫。航機修護工作計畫(Aircraft Maintenance Planning)為民航機維修工作執行之主要依據,透過完善的修護工作計畫才能在既定停機時程內完成規定之修護工作。修護工作執行排程本質上,由於工作與工作之間並未存在直接關聯性,因此在工作排程上無法使用單純的線性函數描述工作排程。但可以運用二進位變數(Binary Variable)當成決策變數,決定修護工作於何時排入執行,以建立足以描述修護工作排程之數學函數,達到欲規劃之目標。本研究主要探討修護工作與限量修護人力之間的關係,進而制定符合現有人力、可執行之修護工作計畫。建立足以描述航機修護工作特性與修護人力之數學模式,透過商用軟體PLEX,以最少之人力閒置時間為目標優化航機修護工作計畫。
Aircraft maintenance is one of the key factors for ensuring flight safety. Besides the requirement of minimizing human errors of maintenance, the pursuit of a high efficiency maintenance is also important as considered from the economical perspective. Heavy maintenance embraces the most detail sophisticated maintenance planning and execution processes. Maintenance or repair stations, prior to the execution of a heavy maintenance task, have to collect relevant resources information to set up the aircraft maintenance plan. Only through a well organized planning based on both analysis and experience can a heavy maintenance be accomplished within a predetermined time period. The present research focuses on the optimization problem regarding limited maintenance personnel resource for a given number of inspection and repair jobs. A linear mathematical programming model has been developed with test problems solved using the CPLEX algorithm. Integer Linear Programming has been adopted in every kind of field, but aircraft maintenance planning, to evaluate general maintenance tasks for plant. This is the main issue of research to develop the optimization model for aircraft heavy maintenance planning which approaches the characteristics and the scenarios of aircraft heavy maintenance.
