摘 要
在學校綠建築設計的節能規劃環節中,影響校園節能計劃最重要的校舍配置座向議題,卻最容易被忽略。綜觀台南府城在日據時代的校舍配置,有九成的學校除了連接的廊道外皆為南北向校舍配置,但經過年代、都市空間及各項因素的的洗禮,風華不再。
本研究以越大尺度的節能計劃對整體耗能量之影響越大為前提,切入影響校園節能計劃最重要的校舍配置座向議題。首先建立近30年台南市國民中小學校舍配置演變航照圖資料庫,其次藉由實際校舍配置案例調查解析,得出具體結論與建議。
本研究彙整校舍配置座向資料加以統計解析,得出影響校舍配置南北座向比值的關鍵因子為「是否ㄇ型配置型態」、「面前道路座向」、「是否運動場先決配置」及「校地面積大小」;而校舍配置南北座向比值之合理標準值為55﹪。
並提出有利於校園節能配置的規劃設計對策:
一、都市計劃層級:校地規劃三要點:
1.具東西向面前道路的基地優先,否則校地深度及校地
面積盡量加大。
2.避免校地面寬太窄(小於130公尺)及校地面積太小
(小於1.4公頃)。
3.校地長寬比應小於1.3。
二、建築設計層級:
摒棄ㄇ型校舍配置形式的刻板印象。
ABSTRACT
In the energy conservation configuration of green building design for schools, the factor that affects the school yard energy conservation layout the most, yet is often overlooked, is the issue of the trend of the school buildings arrangement. In view of the school building arrangement in Tainan during Japanese occupation, 90% of them were lying along either south or north except the connecting corridors. However, after the tests of time, urban development and many causes, the glory is no more.
This study intends to break down the most important issue of the trend of the school building arrangement based on the prerequisite of that the larger the scale of energy conservation planning is, the more influence it can make to the overall energy consumption. First, the aerial photo database for the evolution of the school buildings of the elementary and junior high schools in Tainan is established, and secondly the concrete conclusion and suggestion are determined by investigating and analyzing the actual cases of school building arrangement.
This study collects and integrates the data of the trend and arrangement of school buildings for statistics and analysis and comes up with the key factors to the ratio of the school buildings lying along south and north, which are “whether it is arranged in U shape”, “the direction the front road facing”, “whether the sports ground dominates the arrangement” and “the size of school site”. The reasonable criterion for the ratio of the school buildings lying along south and north is 55%.
And also, the solution for the planning and design in favor of energy conservation layout of school building is proposed:
I. At urban planning level: three important issues for school site planning:
1. The site lying along east and west while facing a road has the priority, or the depth and area of the site will be increase as much as possible.
2. It should be avoided if the depth of the site is too narrow (less than 130m) or the area of site is too small (less than 1.3 hectare).
3. The ratio of width to length of the site should be less than 1.3. 。
II. At architectural design level:
The stereotype of U shape school building arrangement should be abandoned.
