隨著航空需求的快速成長,世界上許多重要的機場都面臨著進場流量大增的問題。終端近場排序就是將機場區域中,透過給予到場航機降落時間,達到進場航機順序改變,以提高機場運作能力的目的。本研究歸納分析出一套數學方程運算法則,利用電腦高速計算的能力,提前將未來航機的離到場順序算出來,以提供航管人員做為未來流量管制的參考依據。另一方面,本研究分別以基本型,及知識型基因演算法,評量該運算法則的效率。
As the demand for air-traffic grows rapidly, many important airports are facing the problem of big increases in air-traffic inflow. The model of approach conflict solution with sequence and schedule means how to enhance the arrival runway capacity by changing the arrival sequence. It achieves the purpose by rescheduling the estimate time at runway. This study has developed some basic formulas, and it could advise the air traffic controller of flow problem by using the computer to estimate the sequence of arrival and departure. In addtion, this study judges the efficience of these formulas by using basic and knowledge-based genetic algorithm.
