機車騎士衝動駕駛問題一直是政府與學者所關切的議題,機車事故發生率、死亡率及傷殘率居高不下,目前研究者針對機車騎士衝動駕駛行為探討較少,本研究針對台灣地區機車騎士重新定義「衝動性駕駛行為」並採用層級程序法探討其影響因素,透過專家問卷方式得到機車決策評估準則之權重,並結合本研究之衝動駕駛行為量表探討有無機車專用或優先使用道路下,機車騎士衝動駕駛傾向差異。研究發現「機車車輛特性」在決策中權重很低,騎士主要受「心理特性」影響,本研究設定兩種不同情境,採用成對樣本T檢定,探討有無機車專用或優先使用道路時,機車騎士衝動駕駛行為傾向,比較其差異,整理出11種差異較顯著的衝動駕駛行為並且經過統計行為發生頻率,整理出6種最經常發生之衝動駕駛行為。
Motorcyclists’ impulsive driving has been a concerning subject to the government and scholars. The occurrence rate, mortality and disability rate of motorcycle accidents have remained stubbornly high. Until now, there are still less exploration about the impulsive driving behavior. This study redefines "impulsive driving behavior" on Taiwanese and uses AHP method by expert questionnaires to determine the each weight of motorcyclists’ decision evaluation criterion. What’s more, combined with the impulsive driving behavior scale to investigate the different tendencies whether there is the locomotive or priority road or not. Motorcyclists’ impulse driving tendency differences. This study finds that the weight of "Vehicle Property" in decision-making is very low, mainly due to the motorcyclists’ psychometric property. This study sets up two different situations, using paired sample T test to compare the difference of the motorcyclists’ impulsive driving behavior tendency. Then, this study sorts out 11 kinds of the more significant impulsive driving behaviors. And also sorts out 6 kinds of impulsive driving behaviors occurring the most frequently through statistical frequency of occurrence.
