國內現有西式木構造住宅類型，大部份以北美之框組壁木構造系統為興建主流。而早期國內框組壁木構造技術主要從國外直接引進國內，近期雖透過國內相關木構造研究人員整理出技術規範供其參考，但對施工品質管理而言，仍未建立一套制度化的現場施工品質管理機制，多以經驗值進行控管，導致國內框組壁木構造建築的施工品質缺失不斷產生。

為了深入瞭解國內框組壁木構造住宅施工品質管理所產生相互影響因素，並剖析施工品質管理背後所造成缺失問題，本研究將參考國內相關施工品質管理制度的管理作業要點，初擬出控管要項，針對國內現有框組壁木構造住宅之施工品質管理狀況進行調查，整理分析出施工品質管理問題與對策，並建立施工品質檢核表，作為其優先發展方向。
本研究成果包括：
一、將國內框組壁木構造住宅，依構件分類方式探討其 施工品質管理，建立影響工程品質管理調查因子，由調查中，歸納影響施工品質管理具體問題，作為改善國內框組壁木構造住宅施工品質管理。
二、對國內框組壁木構造住宅，提出計畫、組織與控制三個層面改善對策。建立簡易之施工品質檢核表，供其施工品質管理使用。

There are some Western style Wood Houses in Taiwan. Most of the build main stream system is Wood framing of North America. In early period, the technique of Wood framing is introduced from overseas. In the near future, although the internal research workers of wood provide and put techniques in order, Construction Quality didn’t build up ways of live Quality Control. Mostly use the experiences to proceed, result in the defect produce continuous in the internal Construction Quality Control of Wood framing. In order to understand the influence factor of the internal Wood framing residence’s Construction Quality Control, and analyses the shortcoming behind the Construction Quality Control. This research will reference internal interrelated management essentials of Construction Quality Control system. First, draw up the management’s outlines; aim at nowadays internal Wood framing residence’s Construction Quality Control condition to survey. Then analyses questions and countermeasures of Construction Quality Control’s, set up the Construction Quality’s check list, it could be regarded as the best direction in internal Wood framing.
This research contains below two:
一、Get the residences of the Wood framing depends on the different component to classify and probe the Construction Quality Control then set up the element to investigate the Construction Quality. In the survey, we could sum up the Quality Control questions and improve the Construction Quality Control of the Wood framing.
二、We should plan, organize, and control three ways to improve internal Wood framing. Build up an easy Construction Control check list provide our internal Construction Quality Control of the Wood framing to use it.
