雷擊在易燃的天然氣處理設備及相關之控制系統容易產生許多問題,造成廠商極大損失。本論文先就雷擊產生過電壓之原因及所造成之危害、中和式消雷系統如何防止直接雷擊、接地系統之目的、並對突波保護器之功能先加以說明,再針對突波保護器之作用予以模擬驗證。最後以全台唯一的天然氣接收站曾經遭遇的雷擊事故為例,探討事故原因,並就現有技術,提出最有效且經濟的保護系統,期能防止類似事故再度發生。
Lightning activity can create a lot of problems for gas-handling facilities. In this paper, the causes of overvoltages and their related threats suffer from the lightning strike, the objectives of grounding system, the prevention of the Dissipation Array System(DAS) from being struck by lightning, and the functions of surge protection devices are described firstly. Then, taking an example of first Liquified Natural Gas(LNG) plant in Taiwan to select the most cost-effective protection system.
