  • 本研究致力於研發一個可以協助懷孕婦女,於懷孕期間能保持健康的行動孕期照護資訊系統,讓懷孕婦女能掌握自己及胎兒的健康。

    在三位專業護理師及研發人員的討論下,得到需求後,本論文實作一個結合了智慧型手機的孕期照護資訊系統,其包含一個新的Android應用程式以及一個以網路為基礎的孕期照護資訊系統。本研究也提出了三個新的特點:(1)以網頁為基礎的產檢記錄: 除了能讓懷孕婦女管理自己的孕期記錄外,還提供了各項產前篩檢和診斷測試的說明等、(2)自我照護日誌:可以讓孕婦記錄懷孕期間的體重、血壓值、胎動以及宮縮、(3)健康教育平台:能根據懷孕婦女的孕期,自動提供適當又豐富的衛生教育知識及孕產知識。實作完成後,以問卷調查的方式進行系統滿意度評估。調查結果顯示,大部份的使用者對整體系統感到滿意並認為本系統對於孕期照護有幫助。

    This study focuses on developing a smartphone-based antenatal care information system to assist pregnant women in staying healthy during pregnancy. We designed and implemented a new Android application as well as a web-based antenatal care information system. The proposed system comprises three new features: (1) Web-based Maternity Records which contain concise explanation about the antenatal screening and diagnostic tests, (2) Self-care Journals that allow pregnant women to keep track of their gestational weight gains, blood pressure values, fetal movements and contractions, and (3) Health education which provides pregnant women with rich and appropriate information on antenatal care and other pregnancy knowledge automatically according to one’s gestation. Finally, a survey was conducted to evaluate the usability acceptance of the proposed system. The result showed that a majority of the respondents was satisfied with the overall system and believed that the system was useful for providing antenatal care.
