電腦資訊發展快速,國小四年級起便開始接觸電腦上機課程,隨著接觸的時間越長,所操作的時間也越久,對於長時間操作輸入設備,如鍵盤,卻沒有一套關於學童鍵盤的設計規範與產品,若使用了不合適的鍵盤,對於發育中的學童傷害將會不小。
因此本研究基於此點,以人因工程與生物力學的觀點來切入,透過靜態人體計測、肌電圖量測、主觀心理與柏格生理尺度之分析,綜合出學童在使用鍵盤的人機安全界面方針。
並透過概念模型的模擬,與現有鍵盤的比較下,提出手部在輕微掌屈的情況之下,兩肘自然往身體中心靠近,可減少上臂外展的程度,而另一觀點則是使用負值鍵盤的觀念,來設計概念模型,雙手在操作鍵盤時的夾角呈現20.6度是較好的角度,鍵盤按鍵區域在31.3 x 15.2平方公分,鍵盤厚度約3公分,並呈現出較舒適的手部掌屈之弧度。在最後的結論與建議中,將呈述由此研究兩階段實驗中所得到適合學童的設計方針與建議值。
With rapid information growth, elementary school students in grade four have started to take computer courses; hence, for those pupils the duration of operating computers prolongs. School children spend lots of time on those input devices, such as keyboards, yet the design of which does not take children’s needs into consideration; the developing kids may get carpal disorders because of inappropriate keyboards.
Based on the view of ergonomic and biomechanics, this research synthesizes a safe guiding principle concerned of computerized operation of school children through the analyses of static anthropometry, EMG, subject rating as well as Borge-scale. It consists in two points of view here; one is that the refine keyboards, through imitating the compact models and through being compared with the original keyboards, can lesson the degree of the abduction of arms by slightly manual flexion which makes both elbows naturally centralize to the body.
The other is about the concept of keyboard with negative slope, which is applied to the design of compact model. It is better to place both hands at the angle of 20.6∘while using the keyboard; besides, it is a more comfortable radian for hands’ abduction when the typing area of a keyboard is 31.3x15.2 square centimeters and the dimension of a keyboard is about 3 centimeters. According to the result of these two-step experiments, the appropriate guiding principle for school children and the suggested numeric are, in this paper, provided in the final conclusion and suggestion.
