在建築節能以及減少碳排放的議題逐漸受到重視，建築產業的生命週期當中在日常使用之能源是佔整個生命週期七成以上。因此要達到有效的「建築耗能控制」則需要建立建築節能熱點的評估方法與基準值，擬定節能減碳的對策。

現在的建築使用型態越來越多元，除了內部空間組成不一、使用時間不一樣外，在這個快速變動的世界，變動營運目標與調整內部組織也是另一個問題。為了因應快速變遷的建築形態，須透過「標準營運條件一致化」與「空間組成一致化」來進行修正上述問題，因此建立建築物耗能「建築能源動態EUI基準值」的需求也會孕育而生。

本研究利用建築能源模擬軟體e-QUEST模擬博物館建築耗能，並比對台灣在博物館的EUI統計資料，確立模擬的可靠性，利用此方法建立大致不差的標準耗能情形，再計算其動態EUI標準值。

本研究的動態EUI指標特色為針對不同型態的博物館，依據不同的組成空間來評估博物館的建築能效評估，只讓自己與自己競爭的精神。將「標準營運條件一致化」與「空間組成一致化」運用的淋漓盡致，使得博物館類建築個案EUI值與建築基準EUI值得以評比，呈現出建築個案設計優缺點，並找出節能熱點。

The issue of building energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction has gradually attracted attention. The daily energy used in the life cycle of the construction industry accounts for more than 70% of the entire life cycle. Therefore, to achieve effective "building energy efficiency control", it is necessary to establish an assessment and benchmark for building energy efficiency hotspots, and to formulate energy conservation and carbon reduction countermeasures.The dynamic EUI indicator feature of this research is the spirit of evaluating the Building Energy-Efficiency Rating System of museums based on different composition spaces for different types of museums, and only allowing oneself to compete with oneself. It utilizes the application of " Consistency of standard operating conditions " and "Consistency of spatial composition " in all its severity which makes it worthwhile to compare the EUI value of museum-type building cases with the building benchmark EUI, present the advantages and disadvantages of architectural case design, and identify energy-efficiency hotspot.
