企業界常利用生產規劃來安排各產品群組之生產計劃,之後再利用主生產排程來處理個別產品之訂單的安排、製造與外包及生產控制。由於顧客下訂單到產品送至顧客手上有一段滿長的前置時間,而且較短的前置時間可以改善顧客滿意度、使存貨量減少,所以很多公司都把生管改善之焦點放在前置時間之縮短上。由於電子化供應鏈環境的形成,企業中之生產流程也比以往更加的多變複雜,這使得傳統之生產排程系統很難在有限時間內對客戶訂單及生產資源作有效的處理及安排,造成整個前置時間可能變長,但是也提供一個機會讓企業重新建立主排程系統來因應電子化供應鏈環境,並且以前置時間的縮短來獲得競爭優勢和市場佔有率,也是值得深入探討之課題。
本研究提出一個電子化供應鏈主排程系統及流程上的改變之方法來支持企業和顧客之間是以Web-based的方式做即時資訊交換及回應並且可以縮短規劃的前置時間,而且可利用此方法來改善企業主生產排程系統之效率與效能。研究中首先結合一些供應鏈管理的軟體模組及網路來建立一個電子化供應鏈環境,並分析此系統之輸出入的資料及流程,推導出合適的主排程模式來幫助企業縮短前置時間,再以一個前置時間評估模式來確定前置時間縮短的效果。之後並以一個案公司來評估其可行性,且討論所提出之電子化供應鏈主排程系統如何結合個案公司原本的生管系統,以及探討此系統對個案公司有何影響及效益。最後提出本研究的結論及未來研究方向。
