  • 台灣地區之歷史建築、磚造古蹟受地震作用以及年久失修,磚牆體之結構行為與安全性均令人質疑,欲進行修復卻因不了解原先之力學行為更不了解修復後之連鎖效應。爲使修復工程設計者能對其修復前後之結構行為有具體掌握,進一步提升修繕品質,本文將進行初步探討。

    現今針對牆體補強不外乎鋼板補強、鋼絲網補強、碳纖維補強與玻璃纖維補強。本文係針對不同牆體狀況下之玻璃纖維補強,以實際試驗之方式探討磚砌牆體貼附前後之性能差異與不同貼附時機之影響。

    本文試驗方式為水平來回加載面內力,個別探討有無補強、補強時機以及不同之砂漿配比對磚牆性能之影響。
    本文之試驗得知結果如下:
    1.玻璃纖維有效提升牆體極限載重與位移,且成功抑制牆體原弱處之裂縫生成。
    2.摻有水泥石灰之磚砌牆體剛度與極限載重均明顯低於水泥砂漿疊砌之牆體。
    3.貼附時機不同並不會影響磚砌牆體原本屬”面”之結構特性,惟震後補強剛度較剛、能量吸收較低於震前補強,亦有類似之剛度衰弱趨勢。

    In Taiwan, the structure behavior and the safety of brick wall and safety of historic building is mainly affected by earthquake excitation. However during retrofit are usually limited by the completely knowing of the brick wall structure behavior and the related wall behavior often strengthened.

    Presently, practical engineering, steel plane、wire netting、carbon fiber and glass fiber are commonly used for strengthening of brick wall. In this study “Glass-Fiber-Reinforced” is selected for deep study based on the advantages of its low engineering cost and less interference of culture landscape of historic building.

    In this study, totally six brick specimens are tested. The brick specimens are applied by in-plane cyclic loading. The obtained results are compared for (1)the difference between un-strengthened and strengthened. (2)the effect for specimens strengthened prior to the damage and post damage (3)various ingredient of mortar that used to construct the brick wall.
    Followings are the results that observed from the test specimens:
    【1】The strengthening with GFRP specimens got greater ultimate load, and ultimate displacement, which can improve the origin weakness of brick wall.
    【2】The stiffness and ultimate load of the specimens constructed by cement-lime mortar are lower than that constructed by cement mortar.
    【3】Strengthening prior to or post damage will not change the plane structure characteristics of brick wall. However, higher stiffness but low energy absorption are observed for the specimens strengthened post damage.
