  • 本研究嘗試瞭解,如何能使公司有效率的建立、培養與維繫其專屬的網絡關係,並利用該網絡關係,取得對自身有益處的資源,進而增進公司績效,因此,本研究提出「合作網絡傾向」,用以描述公司願意與外部團體建立協作式關係的一種偏好,而利用該偏好,可以使其較快速和有效率的取得所需資源與提升公司績效。並探討吸收能力和環境動態等變數之高低程度將如何調節合作網絡傾向與公司績效間之關聯。
    本研究之樣本來源為台灣的上市上櫃公司,總共計90個有效樣本,以問卷與次級資料之方式取得研究分析所需之資訊,並藉由層級迴歸分析對於本研究所提出的假設進行驗證。經由驗證結果得知,公司使用合作網絡傾向的程度愈高,其在投資報酬率之表現則愈佳。而經由本研究蒐集的資料,雖無法證實吸收能力與環境動態為有效的調節變數,然經由過去學者之實證研究,以及相關文獻,仍可粗略推斷公司所擁有的吸收能力程度愈好,或公司所面臨的環境動態程度愈高,將可以正向調節合作網絡傾向與吸收能力間之關連性。
    而本研究的貢獻如下:
    (一)深入瞭解過去較少學者探討的,「如何」有效建立、培養與維持公司專屬的網絡關係,並輔以實證結果以證實本研究之推論。
    (二)將過去合作網絡傾向未探討之構面納入研究,並輔以實證結果,以證實該構面對於合作網絡傾向確實有其效果。

    This research tries to understand how firms can establish, develop and maintain their own network relationship efficiently and obtain the resource they need through the network relationship to improve firm performance. Therefore we suggest that Collaborative Network Orientation (CNO) is an intention that firms will to establish collaborative relationship with outside parties. By using this intention, firms can acquire the resource they need more quickly and efficiently and improve firm performance. Besides, we also discuss how absorptive capacity and environmental dynamism can moderate the relationship between CNO and firm performance.
    The samples are from publicly-traded companies in Taiwan. There are 90 effective samples in total. We use questionnaire and second-hand data to construct our analysis and use Hierarchical Regression Analysis to exam our hypothesis. The result shows that the higher CNO the firms use the higher return on investment (ROI) they have. According to the result, we can’t say absorptive capacity and environmental dynamism are the effective moderators but with past research and literatures, we still can infer that there are moderate effect between CNO and firm performance.
    The research contributions are:
    a. We discuss how to establish, develop and maintain company-owned network relationship which is less focused in the past research and use data to confirm our hypothesis.
    b. We involve some other constructs of CNO which is not discussed before and use data to confirm they are effective constructs.
