全球節能減碳風行。在台灣,建築節能減碳自「綠建築標章」經由政府工程強制推動執行之政策以降,成效有目共睹,然而,一般民眾對於綠建築、節能建築之概念仍一知半解、了解有限。在民眾切身的住宅方面,若能將節能規範轉換成民眾所熟知的耗電量,不但使民眾易於了解建築與能源之關係,亦給予其選擇較節能、省錢之建築的權利。
本研究將住宅成員、生活模式予以標準化,並將台灣地區北、中、南三地區之氣溫加以篩選,訂定「住宅標準空調時數」,以此進行住宅耗能模擬。再將模擬值比對文獻統計之住宅耗能值,以確定本研究所定訂標準生活模式及空調時程符合台灣一般住家之現況。
本研究接續利用上述生活模式及時程進行「住宅耗能標示制度」之研擬,對於住家耗能源「家電」、「照明」、「空調」、「瓦斯及熱水器」4類分別建立其耗能預測簡式,並將住宅拆解成客廳、餐廳、廚房、主臥室、臥室、浴廁空間、生活陽台及其他空間共8種空間分別針對該4個耗能項目進行計算。
利用上述各項耗能簡算式可針對任何住宅案件件算其於「標準成員」進駐,並在「標準生活模式」運作之下的耗能多寡,並能將耗能值加以標示。而未來若能將其中各項參數擬定準確,方可落實於住宅節能規範。
People are talking about” Energy Saving” and “Carbon Reduction” in all the world. In Taiwan, since the Green Building Policy has been promoted, the effect of energy saving in architecture department is obvious to all. However, the public still doesn’t know well about the concept of Green Buildings and Energy-saving buildings. For the residence that concerned with the public, if the authority could transfer the energy-saving policies into the energy consumption which is familiar to the public, then the public can not only know the relationship between buildings and the energy easily, but also be educated how to choose more energy-saving buildings.
Under that conception mentioned above, this research, first of all, standardizes the members of and the life style of a dwelling unit, and then sifts through the meteorological data of Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung to determine the standard air-conditioning schedules of these three places. Utilize the schedules and the life style to simulate the energy consumption of a dwelling unit model. Second of all, to compare the simulated energy consumption data with the real survey data that quoted from the references to check these standard schedules and to confirm the life style this research proposing is similar to the residences in Taiwan.
At last, this research utilizes the standard schedules and the life style that mentioned above to determine the energy consumption certificate of residential buildings. Separating the energy consumption of a dwelling unit into 8 different spaces, and each space’s energy consumption can be calculated by 4 simple equations: the Home Electronics, the Lighting, the Air-conditioning, and the Gas and Water Heater.
Utilizing these 4 simple equations can calculate how much energy consumption of any dwelling unit when it is occupied with the standard members and operated by the standard life style, so the energy consumption of this dwelling unit can be mark down.
For the future, if the parameters of the equations can be determined completely, the energy consumption certificate of dwelling units could be practicable to the policy.
