汽車行業在台灣發展了數十年,建構完整供應鏈體系,造就了蓬勃發展的「汽車零組件產業」,產業鏈成熟且上、下游間彼此緊密與高度依存,讓汽車零組件產業體系形態越趨於封閉,並形成為高度跨入門檻之特性。探究其原因,主要在於各汽車廠皆建構一套「供應商選擇、評價與管理的機制與系統」,如北美QS 9000、德國VDA6.1、法國EAQF、義大利AVSQ等規範,供應商必須完全符合條件並確保落實執行方能成為車廠合格供應商,方能跨入汽車供應鏈產業。然而,各家車廠對供應商要求不盡相同,對供應鏈各家廠商而言,無疑是管理上的資源浪費及徒增重置成本,有鑑於此,全球各車廠逐發展並整合出汽車供應體系間的共同語言與共通性要求,【IATF 16949:2016汽車業品質管理體系標準】即孕育而生。
本研究以台灣某汽車零組件第一階供應商(Tier 1)對象,探討企業內部對於品質管理系統發展的認知程度,並採用Davis於1989年所提出的之「科技接受模式」(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為基礎,藉以探討企業導入此汽車業國際標準成功之關鍵因素。本研究共發放101份問卷進行統計分析,並運用敘述性統計及信效度分析、相關性分析來探討研究成果。
研究發現,以科技接受模式為論文基礎與企業推行「汽車業品質管理系統」(IATF 16949) 成功之關鍵因素有完整適配性,同時在外部變數、認知易用性、認知有用性、使用者態度、行為意圖間有正向顯著影響,並依此結論導出管理上的意義與方向,希望藉由此研究結果協助台灣汽車零組件產業在建構汽車行業品質管理系統上能有更精準的推行與管理方向。
After several decades of development in Taiwan, the automotive industry has established a complete supply chain system that allows the “automotive parts and components industry” to flourish. The supply chain of automotive industry is mature and the dependence degree between the upstream and downstream is high. This environment allows a set of closed system of its own formed within the automotive parts and components industry and also creates a high entry threshold. The main reason upon exploration is that each automotive manufacturer has established a set of “supplier selection, evaluation & management mechanism and system”, such as QS 9000 in North America, VDA 6.1 in Germany, EAQF in France, AVSQ in Italy, etc. And a supplier can only become a qualified supplier of an automotive manufacturer and enters the automobile supply chain industry when it can fully comply with the conditions and ensure the implementation in place. However, each automotive manufacturer has different requirements for suppliers, which is undoubtedly a kind of resources wasting in management to the manufacturers of the supply chain. To this end, the automotive manufacturers all over the world have gradually developed the Quality Management Systems in the Automotive Industry (IATF 16949: 2016) through integration the common languages and requirements among the automotive supply systems.
In this study, a Tier 1 automotive parts and components suppler in Taiwan was taken as an example to explore the quality management system development perception degree within the enterprise and the key factors of successfully introducing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) into the enterprise was also explored based on this international standard proposed by Davis in 1989. A total of 101 questionnaires were issued to the related professionals in this industry for statistical analysis and the results of the study were explored by using the descriptive statistic method, reliability and validity analysis and correlation analysis.
