本研究旨在探討肩部動態貼布貼紮對棒球投手球速與上肢生物力學的影響。肩部為投手常見過度使用傷害部位,近年動態貼布於競技運動廣泛應用,惟其對投擲表現與上肢關節負荷之影響仍缺乏實證。
研究對象為十五名大專棒球投手(平均年齡20.4歲、身高176.2公分、體重75公斤),皆無肩部傷病史。研究採隨機交叉設計,受試者在貼紮與未貼紮兩種條件下各進行十次全力投擲。運動學數據由VICON三維動作捕捉系統(250Hz)蒐集,動力學數據由AMTI測力板(1000Hz)記錄,並以OpenSim 4.5進行分析;球速則以Pocket Radar測速槍測量。所有數據以成對樣本t檢定分析,顯著水準α=0.05。
結果顯示,貼紮組與控制組之球速無顯著差異(p > .05),表示動態貼布不影響投球表現。在運動學方面,貼紮組於加速期離球瞬間的水平肩內收角度顯著大於控制組(p < .05);其他如肩外展、最大肩外旋角度與內旋角速度則無顯著差異。在動力學方面,貼紮組於最大肩外旋瞬間的內旋力矩呈現下降趨勢,雖未達統計顯著,但顯示動態貼布可能減少肩關節承受的旋轉負荷。肩與肘關節作用力則未見顯著差異。
綜合而言,動態貼布不會提升球速,但可改變投球過程中的肩部運動模式,並可能降低肩內旋力矩,對投手的過度使用傷害具有潛在保護作用。本研究結果顯示,動態貼布可作為運動防護的輔助工具,而不影響表現。未來可針對不同貼法、長期使用效果與職業選手群體進一步探討。
This study investigated the effect of shoulder dynamic tape application on pitching performance and upper-limb biomechanics in collegiate baseball players. Fifteen male pitchers participated in a randomized crossover design, performing ten maximal-effort fastball with and without dynamic tape application. Motion capture and force plate data were analyzed using OpenSim to calculate joint kinematics and kinetics, while ball velocity was recorded with a radar gun. Results showed that dynamic taping did not significantly alter ball velocity. However, pitchers exhibited greater horizontal shoulder adduction at ball release. Although decrease in the magnitude of shoulder joint torque did not reach statistical significance, the tendency of a lower torque magnitude at maximum external rotation was observed. These findings suggest that dynamic taping may influence shoulder joint motion and loading without impairing performance, indicating its potential as a preventive tool for overuse injuries, and for deceasing fatigue.
