隨著經濟的成長，台灣學校林立，高中高職更處處可見。由於學制太多元化，
故校務行政電腦系統常必須因校制宜，獨自開發，即便是同質系統，每開發一套
整個軟體發展流程常都必須來過一次，甚不經濟。
本研究目的即在為高中高職校務行政電腦系統尋求一可重複使用的共同框
架，做為類似系統開發基準，以節省系統開發之人力、時間與成本。框架以開發
新系統之方式建構，採統一軟體開發程序之方法與精神，反覆、漸進發展而成。
完成之系統框架係由一般系統物件與各子系統所設計之核心處理程序和共用系統
物件所組成；不須再經由分析設計，只要選用系統框架的核心處理程序與共用物
件，以及加入部分客製之物件，即可組合成適用於各校之各種不同校務行政應用
系統或子系統。

With the growth of the economics, there are more and more schools around us now.
Middle high schools and vocational high schools can be seen almost everywhere in
Taiwan. Owing to the rich diversities of the educational systems, the computer systems
for school administration must be developed independently according to their special
features, even though these systems have the same characteristics. It is not efficient to go
through the development process, every time whenever designing a whole set of software.
The purpose of this study is to seek for a reusable common framework which can be
used in the computer systems for school administration of high school and vocational
high school. Human labor, time, and cost of the system development process can be
reduced to develop similar systems on the basis of this common framework. The
framework is constructed by the way of developing new systems, according to the
methods and spirits of the unified software development process, through repeated and
advanced gradually development processes. The finished framework of the system is
composed of the general system objects, and the core processes and common system
objects designed by each subsystem. Without further analysis and design, only through
the choice of the core processes and the common objects, and the addition of some
customized objects, it can be made up to apply to different the administration application
systems, or subsystems for different school.
