在全球化的趨勢發展下,企業往往成立海外據點強化在地經營。而台灣的機車產業發展在內需市場成熟飽和下,是如何積極拓展國際化的發展與佈局。本研究以台灣機車產業的領導廠商,在面對全球化的市場,如何以穩健的步伐致力研發,積極進行生產據點的國際佈局,並在世界舞台上展露頭角。
故本研究以台機機車產業領導者-三陽工業、光陽工業及台灣山葉為個案研究,從網絡理論探究台灣機車產業在整合供應鏈上的策略聯盟發展。本研究發現,一、日本機車廠相對於本土機車廠擅長運用供應鏈的網絡關係,架構海外設廠的佈局。二、就本土機車廠的國際化品牌發展,相對於日本機車廠仍屬相對弱勢,在於品牌價值未獲有彰顯。三、150c.c.以下的速克達機種,在企業價值活動的創造上,台灣機車產業位居世界之冠,且就小型速克達供應鏈上的聯盟已形成產業競爭優勢。
Under the globalization, companies usually set up overseas business units to intensify local operation and upgrade management skill. As mature in Taiwan’s motorcycle industry, who is to expand and to develop their international strategic. This research is focus on the leading companies of motorcycle industry, face on the marketing globally, they have dedicated themselves to developing their manufacturing operations, and made a great performance in the world.
Base on the network theory, this paper sets for the leading companies of Taiwan’s motorcycle industry such as SYM, KYMCO and Yamaha to understand the strategy alliance of supply chain. The three main findings of this paper are as follows: (1) to set up the oversea investment, the Japan’s motorcycle industry have better performance then Taiwan, specializes in the use of the supply chain network relationships. (2) The international brand developing, the brand value has been demonstrated less then Japan’s motorcycle industry. (3) Under 150c.c. models of the scooter, Taiwan’s motorcycle industry have top one performance on business value creation, and on small scooters supply chain alliance has formed industrial competitiveness.
