  • 本研究針對學步兒之市售鞋墊對下肢肌肉影響做初步探討,透過十位年齡在學步期後期(24個月~36個月)之學步兒下肢五條行走主要運動之肌肉, 分別為脛骨前肌、股直肌、腓腸肌、股二頭肌、臀大肌做肌電訊號量測。並利用iEMG積分值進行統計及步態週期之線性封波圖去分析不同鞋墊差異性。本研究將市售學步鞋鞋墊分為一般型及機能型,結果發現設計良好之市售機能型鞋墊能有效降低肌肉iEMG值,但設計不良之機能型鞋墊反而增加下肢肌肉的負擔。而學步兒因步態發育尚未成熟,在下肢肌肉較易產生不規律之肌電訊號。

    The purpose of this study was to find different kinds of insole changes in EMG signals of the toddler’s lower extremity muscle in walking and running. This study use linear envelope patterns to analyze EMG signals. The EMG signals of 10 toddler’s(24~36months) subjects were recorded for walking and running with different insoles. The types of Insoles include common one and functional insoles. The iEMG was reduced when wearing functional insoles which was designed will. The timing of EMG activities was delayed when wearing functional insoles, shows lower extremity muscle adjusts specifically to exterior conditions. Toddler’s un-regular pattern EMG signals was found due to their gait wasn’t matured.
