  • 根據統計,婦女在懷孕時期的體重往往超過醫學會建議的理想範圍,此問題不僅會影響胎兒的正常成長,也容易造成產後婦女肥胖,因而產生心理影響或身體上的疾病。本研究以飲食的角度,希望能開發可以協助孕婦自我管理體重及飲食的應用程式來達到孕產期體重控制的目標。
    目前應用於智慧型行動裝置上的相關應用程式皆以減肥或塑身為主要需求,並不符合孕期婦女僅能控制體重而不能刻意減輕體重的宗旨。因此,本研究由懷孕婦女在體重及飲食管理需求出發,以相關醫學理論與護理經驗為基礎,考量資訊系統影響使用者意願與滿意度的關鍵因素,以及友善的使用者介面,設計與實作適用於網頁以及行動裝置的孕產期體重及飲食管理系統。
    本研究的特色在於(1)圖表式的真實體重成長變化與醫學會建議的理想體重範圍同時呈現表達,讓使用者能快速地比較以了解個人體重狀況,進而進行體重控制;(2)提供單位面積熱量計算法以及圖片顯示食物份量的形式,讓使用者能以視覺比較,輔助飲食時食物熱量的估測;(3)以我的最愛方式呈現個人化的飲食行為規律與特性。

    Obesity and excessive weight gain during pregnancy will not only affect the normal growth of the fetus, but also likely to contribute to long-term weight retention in childbearing women, resulting in mental effects or health impact. This research proposes an approach to achieve the goal of maternal body weight control by self-dietary management.

    Currently there are no body weight and diet management applications on mobile devices suitable for maternal women, who should not deliberately lose weight. Firstly, the research acquires medical background for pregnant woman’s body weight and diet management needs from the textbook and suggestions of professional nursing staffs. Secondly, the research takes the aspects of Human-Computer Interaction and the theories of information technology behavior to find the key factors. Finally, the maternal women were recruited to test use the prototype, which is a web-based system, available on different devices with browsers.

    Compared with the other same type of body weight and diet management systems, there are these characteristics to increase the pregnant women’s using willingness. (1) Using a line chart to show both present recorded user’s body weight and recommend body weight range during pregnancy. (2) Providing the calculation method of calories per unit area and using image to display the amount of food to allow a user to visually estimate the food calories. (3) Proving “my favorite” style of personalized food input selection.
