本文旨在探討異向性雙層材料裂紋分叉尖端之應力行為。應用Stro異向性彈性體之理論公式,首先介紹差排位於雙層材料界面之基本解,及差排位於雙層材料之任一材料中的基本解,其次利用基本解以差排密度模擬裂紋之方式推演出奇異積分方程式,最後利用數值方法分析此公式,藉以了解裂紋尖端之應力行為。
本文討論之重點著重於應力強度因子,藉由探討裂紋尖端之應力強度因子,我們可以得知裂紋分叉角度和纖維排列方向對裂紋尖端應力強度因子之影響。
