  • User acceptance toward IT-based learning system has been investigated merely on predicting user intention and hence valuable for successful IT-based learning system design. This research aims for investigating the factor should be prioritize to develop successful acceptance of IT-based learning system. While prior research has been determined factors influence user acceptance toward IT-based learning system, there are gaps of how user evaluate information system design and prioritizing the alternatives for acceptable system. In particular, understanding how user decision making or evaluating those criteria of system design can contribute to strategic design of IT-based learning system. Seeing that designing acceptable system is of decision making which multiple and complex attributes, this research apply analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze system related and service related dimensions to identify effective strategy for acceptable IT-based learning system. The dimensions and criteria are synthesized from well-established information system literature, the technology acceptance and information system success. This research suggests that designers of IT-based learning system prioritizing learning information dimension would gain more acceptable information system in learning context. Moreover, this research recommends that wisely investment on training and training environment is effective way for successful acceptance of IT-based learning system.
