  • 摘要
    現行最常使用之瀝青混凝土配比設計最大標稱粒徑(Nominal Maximum Aggregate Size,NMAS)之粒料為19mm,俗稱傳統瀝青混凝土。傳統瀝青混凝土為目前公路鋪面所使用,因為鋪面平坦度及車轍現象的產生,將使鋪面遭破壞而公路服務性能降低及路面平坦度降低,而面對近來急速成長之交通量,其所可能產生之路面平坦度降低現象與車轍破壞將可能因此提早發生, 故嘗試選用大粒徑瀝青混凝土(Large Stone Asphalt Mixtures,LSAM),觀察新規格瀝青混凝土是否能提升平坦性及減少車轍現象,又本文所選用之大粒徑瀝青混凝土亦稱為新規格瀝青混凝土。
    本研究選擇台一線411K+000~413K+000南北雙向之外側車道為研
    究路段,試鋪路段長度計2公里,分為控制組A、試驗組B、試驗組C、試驗組D計四組,各組鋪築長度為500公尺。分別檢測其平坦度及車轍。
    四組在平坦度方面經完工后1個月、6個月、12個月、18個月、24個月歷經二年之觀測,發現施工後平坦度除有明顯改善外,在各組中控制組之原密級配與其他組之平坦度值MSD、MRI均有相類似之趨勢,另外各組交界面處其MSD、MRI值均有明顯增加的現象,故界面會明顯影響道路平坦性。
    在車轍方面經觀測施工後6個月、12個月、18個月、24個月
    之車轍資料,發現各組均有明顯差異存在,而四組在現地調查中以控制組之原密級配抗車轍成效較新規格瀝青混凝土佳,足見原密級配較適合臺灣地區公路鋪面使用。
    經長期觀測試鋪路段,並就冒油及粒料析離現象進行分析與討論,可知傳統密級配較新規格瀝青混凝土為優,故以目前臺灣公路鋪面仍應以傳統瀝青混凝土為主。

    Abstract
    Current asphalt concrete that use often most matching design most heavy to is it call grains of foot-path to mark ( Nominal Maximum Aggregate Size, NMAS) Grains of material for 19mm,it commonly called ases to be traditional asphalt concrete. The traditional asphalt concrete is used by shop front of the highway at present, because the smooth production of degree and rut phenomenon of shop front, will make the shop front destroyed and the highway will be served performance reducing and smooth degree of road surface and reduced, and face the volume of traffic that has grown up rapidly recently, its smooth degree of road surface that may produce reduces phenomenon and rut to destroy and perhaps happen ahead of time, so try to select the asphalt concrete of large aggregate (Large Stone Asphalt Mixtures, LSAM) for use ,Observe whether the asphalt concrete of large aggregate can be improved smoothly and reducing the rut phenomenon. The asphalt concrete of big aggregate that this text selects for use is also called the asphalt concrete of new specification. And the asphalt concrete of big aggregate that this text selects for use is also called the asphalt concrete of new specification.
    Research this choose sets of 411K+000~413K+000 north and south lane outside being two-way, in order to grind study carefully highway section, is it spread highway section length count 2, is it control group A, test group B, test group C, test group D count 4 group to divide into to try, it is 500 metres that every group paves the length of building. Measure its smooth degree and rut separately.
    Observation that four groups went through two years in one month, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months after completing in the smooth degree of respects, find smooth degree besides obviously improving, control original security of group mix with other smooth degrees of value MSD, MRI of group having trending that similar to among every group after constructing, other every group hand over mouthfuls of place MSD, MRI phenomenon that value increase obviously their, so interface will influence road to be getting smooth obviously.
    6 months after observing and constructing in rut, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months. Rut materials, it find every group have because there aren't difference not obvious, and four group, on investigation now in order to controlling there aren't security not original of group, it serves to show original security mixes and is relatively suitable for the use of shop front of highway of Taiwan.
    Through observing and trying paving the highway section for a long time, and isolate the phenomenon and analyse and discuss in spite of oil and a grain of material, can know traditional security mixes more excellent than asphalt concrete of large aggregate, so the highway shop front of Taiwan must be as the main fact with the traditional asphalt concrete at present.
