我國建築物的滲漏水與壁癌問題,多年來一直困擾社會大眾,臺南市政府消防局消防廳舍也存在相同困擾。本研究將深入了解廳舍滲漏水與壁癌可能發生原因,綜理不同消防廳舍防水工程之對應策略,以改善基層消防同仁值勤環境之品質。
首先,針對臺南市政府消防局58棟消防廳舍滲漏水與壁癌現況,以水分計及混凝土抗壓強度試驗錘等科學儀器輔助,進行實地調查,並同步建置包括損壞類別、原因分析、修繕方案擇定、施工方法、預估費用及修繕效益等各種調查資訊,最後,建立消防廳舍滲漏水及壁癌修繕處理標準作業流程,使日後廳舍滲漏水及壁癌原因之判斷更為準確,並擬訂更合適的修繕工法與材料,提升修繕成本效益,確保結構體防水之使用年限。
另外,日後新建廳舍滲漏水的預防,依據本研究調查統計分析最常發生漏水與壁癌的結構部位與原因,提出設計、材料及施工等面向的建議,期許可以降低滲漏水與壁癌發生機率,讓基層同仁擁有優質的值勤生活環境。也期望本研究相關成果,可供其它縣市消防廳舍,甚或是一般公有建築物新建及修繕防水工程之參考。
The problems of water leakage and efflorescence in buildings in our country have plagued the public for many years, and buildings of Tainan City Government Fire Bureau have been like this for many years. In the study, we aim to have an in-depth understanding of the possible causes of water leakage and efflorescence in fire buildings and comprehensively analyze the corresponding strategies of waterproofing projects in different fire buildings, so as to improve the quality of the duty environment for grass-roots fire colleagues.
At first, the current situations of water leakage and efflorescence in the 58 fire buildings of Tainan City Government Fire Bureau are reported. With the aid of scientific instruments such as moisture meter and concrete compressive strength test hammer, perform field investigation and build all kinds of survey data including damage categories, cause analysis, repair plan selections, construction methods, estimated cost and repair effectiveness. Finally, establish a standard operating process for the treatment of leakage and efflorescence repair in fire buildings to make the judgment more accurate on the causes, formulate more suitable repair methods and materials to improve the repair cost effectiveness and ensure the service life of the waterproof structure in the future.
In addition, for the prevention of water leakages in new buildings in the future, I investigated, counted and analyzed the most common structural locations and causes of water leakage and efflorescence to put forward suggestions for design, materials and construction in this research. Hope to reduce the probability of occurrence of water leakage and efflorescence, and allow the grassroots colleagues to have a high-quality on-duty living environment. It is also hoped that the results of this research can be used as a reference for other counties and city fire bureau or even general public buildings’ waterproofing projects’ construction and repair.
