  • 有鑑於危機管理文獻在知識移轉這方面的相關探討實屬不多,缺乏此方面的暸解將使得組織人員缺乏危機意識並且對所遭遇之危機事件無法記取教訓與學習過去經驗,未來遭遇類似的危機事件時,仍舊重蹈覆徹,無法有效的進行防範與應對,該危機在組織運作中不斷重演並且毫無改善,甚至使得公司面臨關閉之一途。
    本研究歸納出營運中知識移轉的途徑,進一步配合企業危機所具備之危機特性來做為影響企業危機的衡量,以質性研究中的紮根理論(Grounded theory)為基礎,透過選取台灣車輛產業中代表性之個案公司,配合深度訪談等方式進行資料蒐集,對其資料進行比對分析,建構出企業營運之模型,並利用系統動力學(System dynamics)方法來進行驗證,冀望增進公司對於企業危機方面的管理有進一步的理解與政策之提供。 本研究結論為透過知識移轉管道的運用,將可以有效促進溝通,縮短了危機處理所需花費的時間、成本,降低危機對公司所造成之傷害,本研究歸納出的五項知識移轉管道,各項知識移轉管道,分別對危機特性的正面影響如下:1.專案工作小組對危機特性中的可預測性、影響性、機率性、可控制性。2.實務社群對危機特性中的機率性、影響性。3.文件檔案對危機特性中的可預測性、影響性。4.師徒制對危機特性中的影響性。5.工作輪調對危機特性中的影響性。 本研究貢獻為首貣利用系統動力學的方式,探討知識移轉管道在危機管理方面之議題,利用系統動力學模型中的因果關係,得出在危機事件過程當中,各項變數之間之相互影響,給與管理者在面對危機時,知識移轉管道運用的建議,使管理者在考慮各項處理時能夠更加的全面,更能有效的思考與瞭解危機,有效的進行管理,值得企業內部在處理危機事件過程中作一參考。

    There are few researches engage in Knowledge transfer research in the context of crisis management. Thus, when confronting with crisis events, enterprises have no available information to refer to. Employees lack the knowledge of crisis management and some problems regarding to crisis management occur repeatedly. Enterprises cannot tackle these problems; thereby they may die in the end. The importance of knowledge transfer to companies has been highlighted. This study briefs several aspects of the knowledge transfer channels and some characteristics of crisis using grounded theory. A systems dynamics model is developed based on data collected through a case study. This research applies the model to examine how the knowledge transfer channel and crisis characteristics influence the business crisis. A case study is conducted to examine the effectiveness of the proposed model. The results of this research indicate three implications. First, knowledge transfer channels do affect crisis characteristics. Second, knowledge transfer has different impacts on different crisis characteristics. Third, the proposed model can help managers think a more holistic manner when dealing with business crises, and in turn, manage the crises more effectively.
