  • ERP系統不論在導入或是汰換的過程,皆是一個重大變革且會花費巨量人力及金錢成本,現實也存在許多ERP系統導入失敗之案例,其中不乏顧問這項因素存在。顧問的專業是一項增加導入成功率不可缺的因素,但若無法與企業妥善配合將會是導致失敗的隱患,因此要借助顧問之力,在顧問評選階段就得審慎評估顧問公司是否能擔此重任。
    以汰換ERP系統而言,舊有的ERP系統會隨著企業成長和時間推進,在原先的系統架構上會被附加許多客製化功能來提升日常工作效率,日久之後ERP系統功能會與企業流程高度結合,但同時也會因為資訊科技的進步,使得企業無法使用同一套ERP系統來滿足的營運需求得導入新的ERP系統,因此在汰換ERP系統會更需借助顧問專業評估新系統如何滿足原先的系統功能。
    顧問提案報告是企業在了解顧問想法及做法的首要關鍵,在顧問提案中會表露顧問過往的經驗及未來的做法,後續如何抉擇顧問則成了一項問題。本研究將對文獻探討顧問評選指標再結合TOPSIS理想解偏好排序法,透過個案公司的案例進行求解與討論,由此建立一套透過評選顧問提案選擇ERP系統導入顧問的方法,用以選擇較適合協助企業導入ERP系統的顧問。

    ERP systems are a critical component of modern businesses, allowing for the integration of resources from various departments and providing reliable decision-making insights to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. However, retiring outdated ERP systems is a necessary process, and choosing the right implementation consultant is crucial. Implementation consultants need to have extensive experience and knowledge to provide professional advice and support. They should understand the business processes and requirements of the enterprise and customize the ERP system accordingly. During the implementation process, implementation consultants need to coordinate various aspects of work, solve problems, and ensure a smooth transition.

    ERP system retirement is a necessary process, and choosing the right implementation consultant is critical. Enterprises need to find implementation consultants with rich experience and knowledge who can provide customized ERP systems and training and support.

    The TOPSIS evaluation method proposed in this research provide a reference for enterprises can evaluate the performance of potential implementation consultants based on multiple criteria, such as cost, quality, and experience. The TOPSIS method ranks the implementation consultants based on their proximity to the ideal solution, and enterprises can select the implementation consultant with the highest rank.
